Fixed $125 call-out price, agreed up front. The price we agree before dispatch is the price you pay — it covers the call-out and the first hour of labor.

First hour covered. Your prepaid $125 includes the first hour of work and travel within 10 miles of our Staten Island base (travel beyond 10 miles is $2.50 per additional mile, confirmed before dispatch).

No surprise charges. If your job needs work beyond the first hour, we only go ahead after a written agreement with you on the extra scope and cost. Nothing extra is charged without that agreement.

Satisfaction guaranteed. We stand behind our work. If something about the work covered in your visit is not right, contact us and we will make it right.
