Our story
I spent more than 20 years working hands-on in construction in America, until a back injury meant I could no longer do the heavy work myself. I could walk away from the trade — or use everything I know to protect the people on both sides of it. CMG Bridge is that choice.
Quality control by our inspector or manager. CMG Global Purchase Inc. is owner-operated, with 20+ years of hands-on construction experience behind the company. Our inspector or manager oversees job quality, checking finished work against your original description, our on-site verification standard, and our 30-day workmanship guarantee. Every job is photo-documented before and after, so there is a clear record of the work. On many jobs our inspector or manager may also arrange a quality-check visit afterwards to walk the finished work with you and photograph the result. This is our own quality practice, arranged by us and always confirmed with you first – we only come if you would like us to, and if you would rather not have the visit, that is completely fine. It is not included in every booking and we do not promise it for a fixed time; we arrange it with you when it suits you. Times are hard, and money is tight for every family. The home you worked so hard for still needs repairs you can’t put off and can’t always do yourself. And the system you’d call on is broken both ways: companies charge customers top prices but pay workers bottom wages, so corners get cut and work comes out rough. The customer pays in full and gets a poor result. As a consumer myself, I couldn’t stand seeing that anymore.
So we built a fairer structure. Every worker who comes to your home has to pass my standard first — skill, attitude, workmanship. My first gate is the quality check. In return, we pay our workers among the highest rates in the trade, and we ask one thing back: treat every home like your own, and make every job a piece of work to be proud of.
We started here in Staten Island, our home ground. Homeowners get a fair price and work done right. Skilled workers finally earn what their craft is worth. Good for the customer, good for the worker — that’s what we mean by a guarantee of confidence. And for a man who can no longer lift the tools, it’s how I get to finish my dream in construction.
