Service Policies
These policies explain how CMG Bridge (CMG Global Purchase Inc.) handyman call-outs work, so you know exactly what to expect before you book. By booking, you agree to the policies below.
1. Service area
We serve Staten Island, NY only.
2. Fixed call-out fee
Every visit starts with a fixed $125 prepaid call-out fee, agreed up front before dispatch. The fee includes the first hour of labor and travel within 10 miles of our Staten Island base. There are no surprise charges: the price we agree before dispatch is the price you pay for the call-out and the first hour.
3. Travel beyond 10 miles
Travel beyond 10 miles is charged at $2.50 per additional mile. The mileage charge is calculated and confirmed with you before dispatch.
4. Payment and dispatch
The $125 call-out fee is prepaid by card when you book. Once payment is received, we dispatch your handyman and confirm your arrival window. Payment first, then we dispatch — this keeps your slot reserved and avoids waiting around.
5. Refunds and cancellations
The call-out fee is non-refundable once a handyman has been dispatched. Our full No-Refund Policy page forms part of these policies and remains in effect.
6. Additional work on site
The call-out fee covers the first hour of labor. Any additional on-site work beyond the first hour is carried out only with the owner’s written agreement. The additional scope and cost will be confirmed with you in writing before that extra work begins.
7. Opening hours
Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
8. Satisfaction
We stand behind our work: satisfaction guaranteed. If something about the work covered in your visit is not right, contact us and we will make it right.
