When we arrive: verify, quote, then start work
Step 1 – Verify. When your handyman arrives, he first checks the job against your description and photos, and checks the tools and materials needed before any work starts.
Step 2 – Quote. If anything differs from what was described, you get a firm on-site quote before extra work begins. The price quoted is the price you pay – it is capped, so if we quote 2 hours we charge for 2 even if it runs longer. Nothing extra starts without your sign-off and payment.
Step 3 – Work. Work begins once you approve. If you decline extra work, we complete what your prepaid hour covers, stop at a safe point, tidy up, and explain what remains and what it would cost. Unapproved extra work is never charged.
The standard $125 booking covers the first hour plus travel within 10 miles; travel beyond 10 miles is $2.50 per mile. Standard bookings are scheduled for the next day or within 24-48 hours – they are not same-day. Same-day emergency service starts at $199 for the first hour (10 miles included) and needs advance confirmation. You pay first, then we dispatch. CMG Global Purchase Inc. reserves the right of final interpretation.

Two ways to book — choose the one that fits you
Book a handyman visit — $125
This booking is for when your materials are ready and the work area is cleared. If your area isn’t cleared or you don’t have materials yet, please use the Inspection & Materials Visit below instead, because a work visit can’t be scheduled until the site and materials are ready.
The standard booking is $125 prepaid — that covers the first hour plus travel within 10 miles; travel beyond 10 miles is $2.50 per mile. Standard booking is not same-day: earliest next day, normally 24–48 hours. You pick Morning or Afternoon, and we confirm your actual date and time the same day your order is received. We usually reply in about 2 hours. Hours: Mon–Sat 7:00 AM–8:00 PM. Staten Island, NY only.

For customers who have not prepared yet — or who don’t know how to prepare, where things should go, or where to buy materials.
On this visit, a worker comes to look only — he does not bring tools to do the main job on this visit. The clock starts the moment he walks in the door, with a minimum of 1 hour at $75. During that visit he works out what the job needs.
Then you choose:
(a) We buy the materials for you — shopping time is billed at $75/hour for actual time (1 hour of shopping = 1 hour charged), materials themselves are paid by you on the spot, receipts are kept on file, and materials are delivered to your garage or a spot you name; or
(b) You buy them yourself — we give you a clear materials list during the visit and you buy them yourself.
The actual work is then booked as a separate normal $125 visit — same day later, next day, or whenever you are ready. Use the form below to book the $75 inspection visit.
