First hour covered. Your prepaid $125 includes the first hour of work and travel within 10 miles of our Staten Island base (travel beyond 10 miles is $2.50 per additional mile, confirmed before dispatch).
No surprise charges. If your job needs work beyond the first hour, we only go ahead after a written agreement with you on the extra scope and cost. Nothing extra is charged without that agreement.
