Small jobs rarely stay small. A loose seal becomes a leak; a sticking door becomes a damaged frame. Each job below usually takes under an hour on its own — book one visit and work through your list in order.
Spring: re-seal around baths, showers and sinks before damp spreads; check under sinks for slow leaks and loose fittings; adjust doors and windows that swelled over winter.
Summer: fit or repair insect screens, latches and hinges; fix loose decking boards, rails and garden gates; replace tired silicone and grout in kitchens and bathrooms.
Autumn: seal draughts around doors before the cold arrives; re-fix loose skirting, trim and handrails; check taps and stopcocks so you can shut water off fast in an emergency.
Winter: repair sticking doors and cracked sealant indoors; fit shelves, rails and storage you have been putting off; deal with the punch-list of small fixes before the holidays.
One visit, one fixed price: $125 prepaid, including the first hour of labor and travel within 10 miles (Staten Island only). Any extra work is agreed in writing at a quoted price, paid before it starts. We are open Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
